About the tour
Together with the herbalist Esther Engelke we will go on a wild plant discovery trip into nature. We will get to know the most common edible wild herbs with all our senses. We will smell, taste and feel the wild plants and learn about their distinctive features, their healing properties and culinary uses.
This afternoon is not about letting a multitude of plants glide through our hands, but the focus is on exploring and sensually experiencing a few selected wild plants together, so that these plants can be safely recognised and found elsewhere.
At the end of the tour, there will be small herbal delicacies for all participants as a tasting.
